Z-T is the obligatory evil seed in the group of good guys. She never wanted to be good. Her only goal is to defeat the Ultimate Bunnies to clear the way to conquering Oliveria. She is a super villain but really doesn't know how to be one effectively. It's a gentle learning curve given her enormous powers. With Maka to teach her it would have been a boon to her, but she forgot she still is no match for several ultimate bunnies at once.

Now she is chrono-stasis, the only way to hold her until they can either reform her or kill her. There really is no other way with her.
